SmartMoney uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. The production cookie is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. Static assets may be cached by the browser/service worker for performance.

Google AdSense and other future advertising or analytics services may use cookies or local storage subject to their own policies and consent requirements. For EEA, UK and Swiss personalised-ad traffic, Google requires an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform. That consent configuration is managed through the advertising platform and must be enabled before personalised ads are served to those users.

Blocking necessary session storage can prevent login from working. Advertising choices should not be designed to coerce clicks or make advertising look like navigation or SmartMoney recommendations.
